INGREDIENTS
4 Large Desiree or Estima potato
1 Can of cream of broccoli soup
Salt & Pepper
1/4 Cup of milk
50g Grated cheese
100g Broccoli flowerets

Baked Potatoes Topped with Cheese and Broccoli

Bake the potatoes in the oven until cooked throughout. Heat the soup, milk, broccoli & salt & pepper until lightly simmering. Cut the baked potatoes in half and spoon mixture onto the potato halves. Sprinkle grated cheese onto the top as desired.
