Roasted Potatoes and Garlic Wedges
A great match with chilli - ideal for summer BBQ's

Cut the potatoes into 1 inch wedge shaped pieces. Mix this oil, garlic and salt & pepper together and coat the potato wedges all over. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 45 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
